From 300 Nominations, Winner Underscores Joseph Anthony’s Commitment to Uplifting
Women
Glen Mills, PA & Springfield, PA— March 31, 2026 — Joseph Anthony Retreat Spa & Salon
is proud to announce Jordan Kelso as the winner of its 2026 Women’s History Month
giveaway, held in partnership with women’s advocate Erika Rothenberger. The initiative
received 300 nominations, underscoring the powerful impact of women throughout the
region. As the winner, Kelso will receive a $1,000 Joseph Anthony gift card.
Kelso was selected for her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to
supporting survivors of domestic violence as Senior Director of Programs at the Domestic
Abuse Project of Delaware County. In her role, she oversees critical services including the
safe house, legal advocacy, counseling and community outreach, helping guide
individuals on their path to safety and self-sufficiency.
“Jordan embodies the spirit of Give to Gain through her resilience, leadership, and
commitment to lifting others,” said Joe Gaglioti, Owner of Joseph Anthony. “We received
lots of outstanding nominations, but Jordan’s impact truly stood out. It’s an honor to
recognize her work and give back in a meaningful way.”
As part of the initiative, Joseph Anthony will donate $300 to Laurel House, representing $1
for each nomination submitted. In addition, Rothenberger donated 100% of her book
proceeds from the month of March to further support Laurel House’s mission.

Erika Rothenberger is a keynote speaker, corporate professional in the construction
industry, podcast host, entrepreneur, and mother of two whose work is rooted in
resilience, intention, and impact. After surviving a violent strangulation attack in 2022,
Erika made the intentional decision to rebuild her life with clarity, purpose, and
unapologetic strength. She is championing “Erika’s Law,” legislation that would elevate
strangulation of a stranger from a second-degree misdemeanor to a second-degree felony.
Today, she balances her role as a high-level executive in the male-dominated construction
industry with a powerful presence on stage, helping individuals and organizations rise into
